Rocket car arrived from Texas Friday just in time for a weekend roadtrip to Palm springs.

David, Howie, Marlene, Rafi, Craig, Jesse, and I headed for the heat. Vacation mode activated!!!



110 degrees in the desert this weekend, It was magical. Keeping up with the little blue missile wasn’t a problem for the Cakebox with Marlene behind the wheel.





Great friends, great food, ( good job marlene!!) and great times. We met pleanty of interesting people and reconnected with some old friends. Daniel was outside of his body but still had light around him.

and Frank was a welcome surprise. Sorry we missed you Sue!!!! Next time. We met Omar, from Oakland who reminded us that racism takes on all forms-Even in love, if you can believe that, Although he was a facinating dinner guest.

Rafi is such a poser, and boy does he know how to gamble.

Speaking of posers....

we all hit the town and danced the night away at Hunter's. Marlene and I got money shoved down our pants. Our bad for dancing on a box together. The next morning, we headed out to the pool and enjoyed the sun.

It was awsome, thanks all. I love you.....

Perhaps we should pack lighter for a weekend trip next time.

Next stop, VEGAS!!!!
