david says...

Practice Gratitude.

I am grateful for my comfortable home.

I am grateful for my mother's continued good health after her kidney transplant on 1/18/95. I predict she will be the longest living organ transplant recipient someday.

I am grateful for the change in the way I feel.

I am grateful for Jesse's enthusiasm and ever-present ear-to-ear smile.

I am grateful for Michael's unconditional love.

I am grateful for Marlene's understanding of my spiritual studies, and for her insistence that I visit Dr. Cohn.

I am grateful for Howie's work to fix my bed when I moved in, for his assistance with setting up my table on the patio for our "gay bar," for his work on my PC to make it lightening fast, for taking my car to DMV to get it registered again in California, and for being my friend.
I have much to be grateful for.
