For the love of scars

Ribs are great but.. I feel like cutting open my chest and removing # 8 and 9 and, part of my sternum. Can I have a little relief please? Someone? Anyone? Everyone's asleep but the house hears me. The pain is awful. I'm Looking forward to LOST coming back soon.Thanks for the photo Daniel.
