Can't someone simply trim the finger nails very short?
No, it's the picking she's taking off everything the put on her.
I think she needs gloves at this point. Her skin is so raw and sensative, and the morphine seems to make her especially tactile and interactive finger-wise. But I honestly think her hands need to be bound to prevent scratching at any other lesions.

Just got a call from hospice. There's lots of scratching going on again. It's just one of the side effects of Morphine.
